We are a Woman Owned/Small Business in the fitness and health/wellness space.  As we are starting up, we will be a Franchisee DBA GYMGUYZ.  GymGuyz is a mobile personal fitness training services focusing on individualized one-on-one fitness, group sessions and corporate fitness. We will operate the Franchised Business from your home. Currently, we also allow virtual personal training sessions to residents located within the greater Middlesex County area. Our GYMGUYZ vehicles are stocked with state-of-the-art equipment that trainers bring to clients to provide excellent one-to-one or group workout sessions. Our services include weight loss, body sculpting, bodybuilding, weight training, therapeutic athletic/stretch, strength training, senior fitness, obstacle course training, kickboxing, group training, corporate fitness, pre & post-natal exercise, pool workouts, pre-teen and teen fitness training, cardio fitness, professional sports conditioning and nutrition counseling.
