YARD Sciences is a brand-new teaching facility, offering workshops and one-on-one training in a real-world laboratory setting to students with a passion for STEM. As parents and founding partners, our goal is to address the lack of hands-on laboratory training students receive.   At YARD Sciences, students can participate in the following workshops conducted throughout the year: Molecular Biology Workshop Hands-on training with advanced experimental techniques such as molecular cloning, splicing, PCR and DNA sequencing Pre-med/Surgical Workshop Use of high-level surgical models to learn cutting edge procedures and engage in medical problem solving! Research Experiment One-on-one mentoring and guidance throughout the entire process of a research project /scientific paper or participating in science fairs. Please visit www.yardsciences.com.
