Job Description
Direct Hire-- Administrative Assistant-Support to the Office Manager


Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones
- Opening new cases when they come in
- Arranging copying with outside printing service
- Coordinating documents from clients and the outside printer
- Putting files/binders together
- Assisting with composing engagement letters
- Printing/typing reports other daily support tasks.


Must have good MS office skills including Word and Excel
Experience using SharePoint and Citrix a plus

Prefers someone with Admin experience with an Accounting or Law firm.
