
Director of Ecommerce
Direct Hire Opportunity -
Kaye Personnel is working with a fast-growing eCommerce fulfillment center in identifying a Director of Ecommerce to run their Marlton, NJ area operation.
Salary -$60K - $75k yearly base & in addition to base compensation, there will be a mix of a base and a bonus structure,based on company and individual performance.
There is a Monthly Bonus(averaging 3% of monthly net income& Annual Bonus, an additional 2% of annual income.
This individual will lead our organization's daily operations, drive growth, and oversee three major departments; Warehouse Operations, Business Operations/Wholesale, and Purchasing. Responsibility for ensuring that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively, while also working closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that support the company's goals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations products, including Warehouse Operations, Business Operations/Wholesale, and Purchasing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement long-term business plans and strategies that support the company's goals.
- Manage and direct the VP of Purchasing, VP of Warehouse Operations, and VP of Business Operations, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to meet their goals.
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Facilitate the diversification of the company products sales by expanding our presence on other e-commerce platforms such as Walmart as well as developing our own e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with the VP of Purchasing to increase the quality and quantity of products purchased through online arbitrage channels.
- Work with the VP of Business Operations to enhance the quality and quantity of products purchased through our wholesale business.
- Identify and evaluate new sources of products to expand the company's product portfolio and increase profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover costs associated with customer returns that are not sellable on the Amazon platform, to mitigate loss and maximize profit.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience working with Amazon FBA Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, and logistics is a plus
