Job Description
Our client, a leader in commercial real estate management, is looking to add a Director of National Accounts for Partnership Marketing to their team in Philadelphia. This newly created position will:
• Meet and exceed revenue/sales goals (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for portfolio of 16 malls
• Manage National accounts by growing the current relationships and bringing in new national brands
• Develop and constantly grow a database comprised of major corporations, medium and smaller-sized businesses, through various professional prospecting and networking efforts
• Responsible for ongoing account management of all National/Regional advertising and sponsorship campaigns
• Develop and enhance annual renewal/up-sell campaigns National and Regional businesses
• Create engaging marketing platforms that both generate revenue and create engaging experiences for shoppers
• Accurately manage budget inclusive of secured revenue, sales pipeline, forecasting and expenses
• Work with all internal and external partners as well as vendors to plan and manage campaigns ensuring that advertiser/client's expectations are being met
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in a high paced, similar revenue generating role
• Track record of experience / background in building growth strategy
• Partnership experience and relationships with major social platforms
• Extensive experience in digital and social media formats
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time, mostly on East Coast
• Must be able to work in the Philly office when not on the road visiting clients
• Must be Covid vaccinated
