Job Title: Full Time Supportive Living Counselor
Salary: $16.61 per hour, 32-40 hours per week
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred. Two (2) years of experience in direct care work with individuals with developmental disabilities are required. Must be very organized and able to multi-task. Ability to work independently a must. Must have very good writing skills. Position requires working one weekend day.
Description: Providing supports to people living in apartments and houses in various areas of Atlantic County. Responsible for coordinating services, appointments and IHPs. Must be organized and be very familiar with the policies and procedures of The Arc as well as community organizations/programs such as Section 8 housing and Social Security. This is a highly independent position.
Other:
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
Successful completion of all training
CPR and First aid certification
