The Claridge Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agents to make our guests feel welcome and ensure they have a pleasant and comfortable stay at our hotel. We have part time and seasonal positions available with possible full time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
• Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests, make reservations and financial transaction
• Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining, housekeeping services, ect.
• Follow up on all guest requests through HotSOS application
• Follow up with each guest after check in to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
• Inform guests of our hotel outlet services and dining options
• Promote all hotel amenities
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
• Report all guest issues in the own it solve it log

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software Opera is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
