Duties: Assists in coordinating all personnel-related matters concerning the Agency’s employees. Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate. Position responsibilities include submission and follow-up on Workers Compensation Claims, OSHA reporting, distribution and maintenance of Performance Appraisals, establishing and revising garnishments, ACA knowledge, COBRA administration, knowledge of benefits administration, completing employee transfers and terminations, experience in an electronic documentation environment (scanning/indexing), provides follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure compliance, assists in maintaining Agency HR Policies, payroll database maintenance, assists employees with various HR related requests, conducts audits to ensure overall department compliance and accuracy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Candidate must also possess mathematical aptitude and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Full Time; Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
