Our client, recognized as a fast-growing firm and best place to work, would like a well-rounded HR professional to join in a newly created Manager position. This mission-driven organization is seeking a real contributor who has a heart to help people and a desire to touch all areas of HR.  Some responsibilities include:
  • Support HR Director and work with HR team in growing department, supporting 400+ employees with range of responsibilities from daily tasks to strategic planning
  • Serve as an HR resource to employees, market leaders and managers
  • Benefits administration for new hires and Open Enrollment activities
  • Process FMLA and leaves of absence
  • Research and stay up to date on changing employment laws and assist with updating and creating company policies
  • Human Resources departmental cost analysis
  • Play a key role in revamp of Annual Reviews and new Performance Management program
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Training, Marketing and Payroll departments on tasks and strategic projects
