This mission-driven organization is seeking a real contributor who has a heart to help people and a desire to touch all areas of HR. Some responsibilities include:
- Support HR Director and work with HR team in growing department, supporting 400+ employees with range of responsibilities from daily tasks to strategic planning
- Serve as an HR resource to employees, market leaders and managers
- Benefits administration for new hires and Open Enrollment activities
- Process FMLA and leaves of absence
- Research and stay up to date on changing employment laws and assist with updating and creating company policies
- Human Resources departmental cost analysis
- Play a key role in revamp of Annual Reviews and new Performance Management program
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Training, Marketing and Payroll departments on tasks and strategic projects
