Ranch Hope is hiring a Therapist to work at our Residential Treatment Center in Alloway, NJ. · Ensure all services specific to the youth align with their strengths and needs

· Ensure youth are provided with all contracted services

· Provide clinical therapy to caseload of youth

· Facilitate group sessions with treatment units

· Provide family therapy

· Work with treatment team to support the treatment plan for each resident

· Develop and maintain positive healthy relationships with residents

· Assist residents in developing positive strategies for emotional release

· Educate residents on positive coping strategies, relapse prevention, stress and anger management

· Assist residents in developing their ability to articulate their thoughts, feelings and experiences

· Communicate regularly with direct care and educational staff regarding treatment progress

· Serve as the central point of contact for the victim with guardians and outside agencies

· Effectively anticipate, redirect and respond to crisis and emergency situations

· Complete all required reports and updates relating to the progress of the youth

· Attend treatment team meetings and staffings

· Report any and all allegations or concerns regarding abuse or neglect immediately to the NJ Abuse Hotline

• LSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT or LCWS (Required)
• NJ Driver License (Preferred)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
