General Summary:

The Marketing Director, Snacks is responsible for taking fantastic, high growth brands and charting the next chapter in their success stories.  Specific responsibilities include continuing to develop and define the brand positioning and consumer proposition, developing the annual plan, partnering with communications teams to establish our voice in the market and leaning-in with our innovation team to bring to life the best additions to our lineup.  

This role will have full P&L responsibility leading the cross functional business teams, partnering with Breakthrough Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales Strategy & Planning to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence. Additionally, the Director, Snacks will be responsible for successfully leading a team of 4-6 people in career development and coaching to help manage the overall priorities of the portfolio.

There is such tremendous upside to our brands and the right candidate for this role must be able to navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and setting the long-term course for growth and success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education - Undergraduate degree in Business or MBA
  • 10+years brand management and marketing experience (within CPG, preferably Tier 1 organizations)
  • Experience within Food & Beverage Industry is an asset

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Leading, executing annual operating plan, three-year strategic roadmap to deliver profitable topline growth and $-share.  Proven ability to manage risks and opportunities.
  • Proven portfolio brand strategy development using a disciplined approach.
  • Building and setting brand foundations and portfolio architecture.  
  • Proven track record of crafting clear, inspiring, and focused innovation and communications briefs that leads to winning consumer new products and activations.
  • Consumer and product quality obsessed.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to executional excellence in category and customer-facing selling.

Working Conditions

The Marketing Director, Snacks position is primarily an office based position with 3 days (T,W,Th) in the office and 2 days (M, F) optional work from home.  Minimal (15-20%) travel required.  Office located in Camden, NJ.


Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $125,500.00 - $238,500.00.

An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one’s first day of employment.
