Our client, who fosters a family atmosphere, needs a Recruiter who has a high-volume staffing background in a Mortgage Sales environment, finding quality loan officers and branch managers with books of business. As the recruiter, you will be successful if you have experience in locating loan officers and branch managers, are a self-starter, proactive, and can be a brand ambassador.

Accountable for full cycle recruiting of Mortgage Industry positions with a heavy emphasis on loan officers and Branch Managers.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Social Media, job boards, direct sourcing, college recruiting, job fairs, meet-and-greets, and cold calling to attract passive and active candidates.
Develop comprehensive campaigns to identify and attract quality candidates utilizing personal and professional networks, centers of influence, blogs, peers, and innovative tactics to source passive candidates, building a robust talent network.
Screen passive and active candidates for consideration of open and future positions.
