Hoffman's Exterminating has an open position of Operation/Branch Manager to assist ownership and Management with the Day to Day Operations of our Service/Sales/Office team.

Hoffman’s Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Control companies in the South Jersey, PA, DE, and MD areas. We currently operate out of 5 offices, (Mantua NJ, Woodbury Heights NJ, Northfield NJ, Newtown Square PA, and Middletown DE).

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success and Service Quality of the company. To plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control activities and functions to achieve goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards. As well as maintain profit and loss accountability for a multimillion dollar company.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Manage Sales activities so that we generate sales revenue by adding new re-occurring customers as well as by cross-selling and up selling current customers.
• Coordinates inventory, production, and equipment maintenance in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Directs the development and implementation of all service strategies utilized by the Company.
• Oversees company functions including scheduling, allowance, cancelations and growth.
• Develops plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment and employees.
• Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
• Prepares annual budget, re-projections, and monthly projections.
• Evaluates performance, makes salary recommendations, and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
• Evaluates quality of service provided to customers and develops procedures to minimize customer complaints. Prepares service and corporate reports.
• Ensures recruiting, interviewing, and staffing of personnel are conducted to efficiently staff the service, sales, and administrative function.
