Job Description: Production Supervisor 

Department: Production 

Reports To: Director of Operations

The Production Supervisor will be responsible, but is not limited to: the measurement and reporting of key performance metrics to the Senior Leadership Team, production support when necessary, quality assurance support as it relates to finished goods coming off of the line as well as the raw materials being used in production, line set ups and break downs, building of First Article

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and breaking down lines at beginning and end of program runs
• Monitor efficiency of line as it relates to quantity of units produced per day
• Instituting regular Quality Assurance Audits of production coming off of the line
• Supplying the lines with need material to continue to run without interruption.
• Report any quality concerns to Program Coordinator for resolution
• Provide count of unused RAW materials to the Inventory Team at the conclusion of project to add back to stock / or send back to customer
• Ensure finished pallets are built correctly and free from quality issues before wrapping and staging for shipping

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be an organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual.
• Possess end to end skills to see project through from setting up on a line to final wrapping
• Ability to manage multiple projects through key phases at all times
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a passion for individual and group work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate both verbally and in written form to internal and external audiences
• Possess the ability to thrive in an everchanging work environment.
• Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate efficiently with Senior Management
