Kaye Personnel, Inc., celebrating 40 years in business, is in search of an additional Full time, Business Development person.
This talented experienced person would be responsible for sales and revenue for the company within a territory. You will play a critical and active role in expanding the company growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Originate, and nurture business relationships at events like trade shows, panels, and other industry focused events.
- The individual is a key team member that is responsible for the successful results of the company, associates, client, relationships, legal compliance, as well as community awareness.
- Develop solid and long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Scope projects, shape engagement, and help define solutions that satisfy clients needs and assist in achieving desired outcomes.
- Plan implement and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling (inside and outside), phone, Linked In and other internet platforms.
- Scheduling sales appointments and activities
- Promote services to new and existing customers.
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service, consultation, and salespersonship.
Requirements and Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience in the staffing/recruiting industry or other B2B as a sales/client solutions representative
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Complete understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Ability to deliver compelling presentation tailored to the specific needs of each potential client.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and is base plus commission.
