Our South Jersey client is in a growth mode and needs an HR strategic contributor. This position requires a track record demonstrating partnership with a management team and design / implementation of HR initiatives.

Some responsibilities include:
  • Influence business outcomes by driving HR business process improvements and clearly illustrate business value to all stakeholders.
  • Improve the company's talent acquisition process.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct workforce planning process.
  • Constantly improve the organization's processes, programs, and tools for talent assessment, training, and development.
  • Engage in active succession planning and leadership development.
  • Shape culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Deploy engagement survey, identify gaps, and facilitate employee engagement.
  • Hire, train, and recognize HR talent.
