General Summary
This position is responsible for providing automated reporting and analytics in support of the broader Campbell Soup Company Supply Chain organization. This role is designed to strengthen our performance through detailed analysis and insights, application of automated reporting tools, business case development and process improvement. This position will collaborate with stakeholders from Transportation, Distribution, Order Management, Logistics, Deployment, Finance, Sales, IT and Planning to deliver insights that result in a competitive advantage for Campbell Soup Company and the Customer base. The focus of this role is on leveraging analytics and automated reporting to drive end to end Supply Chain performance improvements using Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI and other analytic/automation tools.
Principal Accountabilities
- Business Analytics - Develop and maintain analytics to turn insights into action and identify KPIs that support key Supply Chain initiatives in the areas of Transportation, Distribution, Order Management, Logistics, Deployment and total delivered cost optimization. Provide input to develop strategic Customer programs.
- Development of analytics and reporting capabilities - Be power user for existing business intelligence/data systems (e.g. SAP, TMS, WMS, envision, RPA, Power BI) to enhance analytical/reporting capabilities in Customer Logistics. Develop and maintain KPI reporting. Train other system users.
- Business Execution Support - Support execution of Customer Logistics/Operations initiatives, and/or projects within the Customer facing Supply Chain.
Job Complexity
- In support of Customer Supply Chain functions, assist in the development, prototype and delivery of analytical tools using Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI and others.
- Drives cross functional collaboration, decision making, and understanding between Customer Supply Chain functions while providing analytical support to improve service and reduce cost
- Participate in Customer Supply Chain function projects providing analytical tool insight, support and execution
- Provide ad-hoc reporting, training and support across Customer Supply Chain functions
- Learn and apply new analytical technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, IT, or related field required.
- 3+ years in Supply Chain with emphasis on Order Management, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics and experience working with cross-functional business units, specifically Sales and Finance Teams.
- Proven results with Microsoft suite data analytics, data exchange and automation applications Excel and Power BI and proven ability to quickly learn and apply related applications (i.e. Power Automate, RPA).
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Order to Cash Process strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create value for internal Supply Chain and Customer base.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain functions.
- Proven track record of identifying and leading cost savings projects.
- Process thinker: Creativity and ability to develop innovative/effective solutions holistically.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Functional understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required.
- Ability to effectively work autonomously and in cross-functional Team environments.
- Ability to train others.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $72,900.00 - $131,100.00.
An individual’s base pay depends on a number of factors, such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation, such as a performance-based bonus and other short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on one’s first day of employment.
