As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting. You will collaborate with company management in developing talent and be an integral part of the team.

Some responsibilities are:
  • Build relationships with company managers and determine hiring needs
  • Be innovative by proposing solutions when candidate flow is lacking
  • Define and create an excellent candidate experience
  • Create and manage job requisitions, post jobs using various company and outside resources (LinkedIn, Job Boards)
  • Pre-screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with career placement offices at educational institutions, trade schools, and professional associations
