As the Vice Presidential of Family & Children's Community Services, you will oversee multiple children's and family programs located throughout Southern New Jersey.
Provides overall direction for all activities related to children's community services including the development and implementation of all contracts/grants to ensure successful completion of targeted goals and budgetary oversight. The Vice President of Children's Community Services shall strive to maximize each youth's potential for growth and emotional stability with the family or natural support system within our communities and meet the standards of excellence as set forth by the Agency. To care for employees, care for consumers and assist the CEO & COO in the aggressive successful growth of the Agency. The Vice President is an Executive Management Team Member and reports to the COO.
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive project management including planning, development, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of program initiatives and performance goals.
- Development and support of clinical programming based on best practices in the field.
- Develops and implements the annual budget.
- Supervises all team members and provides clinical / administrative guidance to staff. Ensures staff members receive required training and remain competent to perform their job duties.
- Participates on Agency Committee's as appointed by COO and/or CEO.

Qualifications:
- Earned master's degree in mental health field (Social work, counseling, psychology etc.) required;
- Clinical License (LCSW, LPC etc.) required;
- Organization Management experience required;
- Supervisory and clinical experience required;
- Valid Driver's License required.
