Your registration funds relief for someone facing medical debt.

People living with chronic illnesses and injuries face a double burden: not only the fight of their lives but also the debilitating cost of health care. 

On Saturday, May 14, join supporters across the country as we gather (virtually) to walk, run, bike, or roll 3.1 miles on behalf of the nonprofit Help Hope Live to raise critical funds and hope for our community in need. 

We challenge you to go the distance with us (from a distance!) by participating in this virtual event as an individual, family, neighborhood, friend group, workplace, or sponsor. 

Registration fees: 

Virtual 5K: $25 

Title Sponsor: $10,000 

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 

Gold Sponsor: $2,500 

Silver Sponsor: $1,000 

Bronze Sponsor: $500 

Why we Fundraise: Most people do not have enough money saved for a simple emergency, let alone thousands of dollars in unexpected medical costs. During a medical crisis, our nonprofit mobilizes communities to provide financial help and hope while ensuring that their support is tax deductible, responsibly managed, and not a threat to our clients' state-based medical benefits.
