Jason M. Wolf Appointed to Samaritan’s Board of Trustees

Samaritan, headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, has announced that Cherry Hill resident Jason M. Wolf, managing principal and founder of Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE), has joined Samaritan’s Board of Trustees.

“Jason is a natural leader with exceptional business acumen,” said Mary Ann Broccolini, president and CEO of Samaritan. “I am confident that with his passion and innate leadership skills, Jason’s work with our Board will help guide our organization and lead us on a path of success in the years ahead. On behalf of Samaritan, I am proud to welcome him to our Board of Trustees.”

Currently, Wolf serves as the managing principal and founder of Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. With nearly 30 years of landlord, tenant and corporate representation experience, Wolf specializes in office, retail, medical, industrial and investment properties throughout the region, representing Fortune 500 and mid-size companies throughout the nation. Prior to founding WCRE, Wolf began his career at Colliers International, starting as a salesperson and working his way up to senior vice president, principal and company shareholder.

Throughout his career, Wolf has received many awards and recognitions: Association of Fundraising Professionals Southern New Jersey Chapter’s Outstanding Corporation Award (2018); CoStar Group’s CoStar Power Broker Award (2005, 2011, 2013-2017); Colliers Multi-City Assignment Award (2000-2011); Colliers Everest Sales Volume Award (2000-2011); and Liberty Property Trust’s Largest Office Lease and Office Disposition/Investment Sale Award for Southern New Jersey (2011).

Wolf is a member of the National Association of Realtors and New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s Broker of Record for real estate practices. He also serves on various councils and advisory boards on both a regional, state and international level, including the Stockton University’s Dean’s Executive Advisory Board, Columbia Bank’s Advisory Board and a member of Jefferson Health New Jersey’s Business Council. In addition to his position on Samaritan’s Board, Wolf also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for a number of local nonprofits and foundations, including Bancroft, Jefferson Health New Jersey Foundation and Samost Jewish Family & Children Service (JFCS) of Southern New Jersey.

Wolf earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business Management in Philadelphia, PA, dual majoring in real estate and business law.
