The 1% Better Everyday Success Agency provides structured mindset coaching and performance development services for high school student-athletes and athletic departments. The organization specializes in helping athletes develop the mental discipline, emotional regulation, leadership habits, and physical preparation required to perform consistently under pressure.

Through its Educational-Athletics Performance System, the agency partners with schools to implement a comprehensive, standards-based framework that integrates mindset development with strength and conditioning program design. This system equips student-athletes with practical tools to improve confidence, focus, accountability, and resilience while reinforcing daily habits that support both athletic and academic success.

The agency’s methodology is grounded in the GYMR (Get Your Mind Right) Mindset Coaching framework, built on four core pillars: Clarity, Confidence, Consistency, and Grit. These principles guide athletes in developing stronger self-discipline, responding constructively to adversity, and contributing positively to team culture.

Founder Omar Stinney brings over 21 years of law enforcement service and more than two decades of experience working with youth and student-athletes, combining real-world leadership experience with structured athlete development strategies.

The organization’s long-term mission is to develop a nationwide network of disciplined, resilient young leaders known as 1% Better Everyday Success Agents, beginning with high school athletic programs and expanding across communities.
