The Workforce Development Board (WDB) is a business-led board, serving the Cumberland, Salem and Cape May County local area. A WDB acts like a Board of Directors, to identify the needs of the local job market, leverage resources, oversees One-Stop Career Centers, and direct workforce investment programs in their area. These Centers, through partnerships with other local, state and federal agencies, education and economic development organizations provide access to job, skill development and business services vital to the social and economic well-being of their communities.
