HiTOPS has provided sexual health-related information and support for young people in the Greater Mercer Area for almost 40 years. HiTOPS is the leading expert in New Jersey on adolescent sexual health education, LGBTQ+ support, and building and supporting affirming communities. We accomplish this through several robust programmatic areas: delivering positive sexual health education to students; facilitating professional development, training and consultation to adults who interface with youth; providing direct support and resources for LGBTQ+ youth and their families; building and creating affirming communities; and ultimately, by working to create lasting cultural change.
