Our Story:

Entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Bill Green purchased the historic Stafford Farm in 2021, transforming the once blighted property into a thriving 27-acre vineyard and winery. With a rich history dating back to 1773, the farm was originally gifted by George Washington to his personal guard and remained in the Stafford family for centuries. Today, Saddlehill honors this legacy while embracing modern agricultural practices and providing an exceptional guest experience.

What We Offer:

• State-of-the-art Winery: Producing 15,000 cases of estate-crafted wines annually.
• Tasting Room & Bistro: A 7,000 sq ft space with indoor and outdoor seating for 300, serving lunch and dinner with a focus on wine pairing and farm-fresh ingredients.
