Hopeworks’ unique trauma-informed approach, combined with high-demand, high-wage technical training and paid work experience helps young people not only get the job but keep it, transforming their lives and the lives of their families.

On average, youth entering Hopeworks make $396 annually.

Today, we are on track to place more than 130 youth in permanent employment with an average starting wage of over $43,399 per year!

Donations this #GivingTuesday will help us continue to provide training and career mentorship, resources, and support to help more young people build strong futures and break the cycle of poverty.

• $15 provides support for Hopeworks programs.
• $30 provides a daily stipend for a young adult going through training.
• $50 provides a completion stipend for a young adult passing the Job Readiness Assessment.
• $100 provides transportation for a young adult to attend the Hopeworks training program.
• $150 provides one week of training to change the life of a young adult.
