On February 5, the CCSNJ was proud to join Governor Murphy virtually for the signing of S3340/A5246, which expands opportunities for restaurants, bars, distilleries, and breweries to provide outdoor dining and permits certain sales at seasonal farm markets in response to COVID-19 public health emergency.

The Legislature worked swiftly following the veto of a previous version of this bill, A-4525/S-3128 and the CCSNJ is hopeful that with this bill becoming law, the continued ease of regulations will allow these struggling industries greater flexibility to survive the pandemic.
