Governor Sherrill Launches New Jersey Report Card

On April 23, Governor Mikie Sherrill announced the launch of the New Jersey Report Card, an interactive website designed to provide residents with greater visibility into state spending and budget priorities.

The site offers a breakdown of the proposed FY 2027 budget, including information on how funds are allocated across departments and programs. It also includes historical data, allowing users to review state spending and revenue trends over the past decade.

The platform features interactive visualizations that outline appropriations by category and program area, along with summaries of funding levels for areas such as K–12 education, higher education, property tax relief, pensions, food assistance, and transportation. Additional data and functionality are expected to be added over time.

The Report Card is available at ReportCard.NJ.Gov.
