At Bancroft, the safety and well-being of those we serve, our staff, their families, and our community is our number one priority. We have been closely monitoring local and federal guidelines on social gatherings and the spread of coronavirus. As a result, we have reimaged our Butterfly Ball as a virtual event.
In this difficult time, there is still so much to celebrate! From our heroic staff members that provide around-the-clock care, to our generous donors who have provided philanthropic contributions or collected, made and donated essential supplies, to the resilient and inspiring individuals in our care, we look forward to honoring our everyday heroes!
Proceeds from the Virtual Butterfly Ball will benefit Bancroft's Emergency Fund, which helps offset some of the increased and unexpected expenses related to COVID-19 that are dramatically impacting the organization. The Bancroft Emergency Fund will also allow staff the ability to be more creative in their enrichment programming, which will help make each day bright and unique for those in our care.
Whether or not you were planning on attending the ball, please stand with us now. Bancroft's services are essential to the vulnerable children and adults we serve, and we need your support now more than ever.
