2026 AWMA NCNJ & Rutgers-4th Annual Sustainability Conference: Building Resilient Communities
Thursday, October 1, 2026 (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) (EDT)
Description

The New Jersey Chapter of the A&WMA and Rutgers University Business School in Camden are thrilled to partner for our 4th annual fall sustainability conference on October 1, 2026 at Rutgers Camden Campus. The theme is “Building Resilient Communities”. The challenges posed by climate change and uncertainties posed by emerging industries like artificial intelligence, risk leaving members of overburdened communities behind unless business, education and non-profit institutions and government agencies collaborate to ideate and execute smart solutions.
The program will feature two Keynote Speakers, technical panel sessions on workforce development and building climate resilient communities , a special video message from Senator Andy Kim, Themed Round table discussions, and a Student Poster Session. Join us for what is sure to be an incredible day.
Ticket Prices range from $45 - $125. Sponsorship opportunities available starting at $400.
Please consider sponsoring a student/community member with your ticket purchase to allow a student/community member to attend the conference for free!
(sponsorship is $40 per ticket and can be added when purchasing tickets).
