That time of year has arrived once more. The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA), New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA), New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (NJRA), and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) cordially invite you to attend the 2026 Governor's Conference on Housing and Economic Development.

We are pleased to announce that the Governor’s Conference marks its 30th anniversary, celebrating three decades of dedication to housing and economic development. Over its three-decade history, the conference has consistently expanded, largely due to your active participation and support.

In 2025, the conference achieved remarkable success, setting new records in most participants in the conference’s history.  The Planning Committee expresses its deepest gratitude for your valuable contribution to the conference, solidifying its position as a leading housing and economic development forum in the state.

This year’s conference will provide a valuable chance to connect with peers, learn from industry leaders, and engage in informative sessions on key housing issues.
