Atlantic City Housing Accelerator
September 16, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. ET | Stockton University Atlantic City
DETAILS
To address affordable housing challenges, Atlantic City community leaders have identified rehabilitating aging and abandoned properties as a priority strategy for expanding housing availability and homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income families.
The Atlantic City Housing Accelerator is a full-day convening bringing together community development corporations, financial institutions, local government officials, and community leaders to explore scalable implementation strategies. Through expert presentations, panel discussions, and collaborative working sessions, participants will examine financing mechanisms, partnership models, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) motivated lending opportunities, and local asset mapping to build a coordinated approach to housing rehabilitation.
