Since we first began talking to each other, telling stories has been a powerful way to capture attention, engage an audience, and motivate them to act – no matter what your line of work or mission may be. As we learn more about how our minds function, we’re also discovering that stories are intrinsic to decision-making and influence our behavior every day.

The Goodman Center has been teaching the craft of storytelling to nonprofits and foundations, colleges and universities, as well as corporations and government agencies for more than twenty years. They have also supported the Bank of America Neighborhood Builders program since its inception.
