Stockton's Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership program in conjunction with the Career Education & Development present the Beyond Ed.D. Career Moves Conference planned for Tuesday, December 2nd, 8:30am-3:30pm.

The purpose of the conference is to help prospective students understand the value of an Ed.D, that is, the learning acquired, the transformation that students undergo, and the value that the Ed.D. holds during job searches upon graduation. An Ed.D. is currency. 

Conference Description: This conference is a day of insight, inspiration, and connection where we explore the power participants can possess with an Ed.D. and how the degree propels professionals into impactful roles that redefine leadership across education, business, law enforcement, social work, for profit, non-profit, consulting, and beyond.

Who Should Attend: Anyone interested in understanding the potential career paths of recipients of an Ed.D., including current master’s degree students, those who already hold a master's and/or Ed.D. degree, employers who may be interested in hiring individuals with an Ed.D., and those who started their doctorate but did not finish. Anyone desiring to understand the concept of scholarly practitionership and its importance to organizational success.
