Catholic Charities of South Jersey Annual Dinner

Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (5:30 PM - 9:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

We invite you to make a meaningful impact in our community by supporting the Catholic Charities Annual Dinner, to be held on October 21, 2026, at the beautiful Resorts Casino Hotel Conference Center in Atlantic City. This signature event celebrates Catholic Charities’ mission and accomplishments and serves as a vital source of funding for the essential services we provide to those in need.

Since its inception, the dinner has raised more than two million dollars, with every penny put toward assisting those we serve. Each year, we present the Saint John Neumann Award to an individual who embodies the values of Catholic Charities and exemplifies a spirit of compassion, service, and dedication to the well-being of others.

This year’s honoree is the Most Reverend Joseph L. Coffey, auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, which provides a full range of pastoral ministries and spiritual services to those in the United States Armed Forces. Bishop Coffey served as a Navy Reserve chaplain, then as a full-time active-duty Navy chaplain for 18 years before his current role. His lifelong service ties beautifully with Catholic Charities’ commitment and support to veterans and their families.

Still time to be a sponsor or buy tickets. https://catholiccharitiessouthjersey.org/ccad/
