This class is grant funded and you may only enroll if you are employed by a NJ Business. Public & State employees are not eligible.  This course will give you the tools to increase your value to your company. It will teach you to take ownership of your responsibilities and results, take initiative to go above and beyond what is expected of you, expand your sphere of influence, perform well under pressure and help others improve their performance.
