JA Inspire Career Fairs are one-of-a-kind career exploration in-person events for New Jersey students. This exciting initiative brings together various industries, companies, and employee volunteer role models to show students firsthand available careers and their pathways. JA will engage thousands of young people, and with your commitment to host an interactive table and share your time to meet with students, they will believe in their boundless potential as they prepare for their futures. Be an Exhibitor

• Host an interactive table to engage students in your work.
• Engage volunteers from various areas of the company to speak with students about your industry, company, career, and pathway.
• Provide takeaway items for students.
• Inspire students to consider careers within your company and industry as they plan for own career pathways.

Be a Sponsor

• Serve as an Exhibitor with volunteers as described above.
• Receive significant branding on all student and educator materials and on-site at the JA Inspire Career Fairs.
• Underwrite students' participation in this free-to-them experience.
• Extend participation into the JA Inspire Virtual Career Fair platform to interact with thousands more students.
