

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection plans to release new Coastal Zone Management rules in line with New Jersey Protecting Against Climate Threats (NJ PACT) regulatory mandates. The NJPACT rule proposals add climate change protections that will greatly impact future development in the Coastal Zone requiring NJDEP permits including residential, commercial, and public development.
