Non-Profit Development Center of Southern NJ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Non-Profits Course

Description

The Diversity, Inclusion and Equity for Non-Profits course is being presented under the auspices of the Non-Profit Development Center of Southern NJ in partnership with Camden County College. The class is being co-sponsored by the Jewish Community Relations Council of Southern NJ. The class will take place virtually on Thursday. November 12 from 6 pm to 9 pm. The class will have two parts, a formal presentation and a panel discussion. The formal presentation will cover an introduction to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, assessing your organization, how to create a diverse non-profit and the role of foundations in fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in non-profits. The panel discussion will feature individuals from the minority communities who will discuss their experiences in the non-profit world.
