Philanthropy X Civic Giving

With the U.S. celebrating its 250th anniversary this year, it’s a natural time to come together to share ideas about civic giving—a cornerstone of democracy. Eoan Strategies is partnering with Glenmede and Power for Good (Aurora Colindres) to host an event on Thursday, June 4, from 5:30-7:30, at Glenmede’s offices in Philadelphia.

We’ll discuss questions such as:

• What is the role of philanthropy in strengthening funding to preserve civic infrastructure? How does that show up in your work with clients and grantees?

• What role can you, or others in supporting advising roles, play in supporting clients that want to invest in civil society and democracy serving organizations? What does that look like in practice?

• Where have you seen the greatest impact to help inspire giving for civic infrastructure?
