Oaks Integrated Care is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, adults and families living with a mental illness, addiction or developmental disability. The organization offers over 230 health and social service programs throughout New Jersey designed to meet the needs of our community with compassion. By focusing on integrated care, we can begin to treat the whole person to achieve both mental and physical wellness. On Thursday evening, June 5th, Oaks Integrated Care will host its 5th annual Rooted in Community fundraiser and awards reception at Grounds for Sculpture with more than 200 of our community’s business and civic leaders attending. This year, we will recognize local heroes in our community who demonstrate outstanding commitment to supporting their neighbors and serving the greater good; and who lead by example through community service, philanthropy, and by putting others first. This year we’re proud to be recognizing: Malcolm Jenkins, two-time Super Bowl champion, former Philadelphia Eagle, and founder of the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation; Rachel Morgan, Senior Program Analyst, Burlington County Department of Human Services; Bill and Amy Green, Proprietors, Saddlehill Winery & Vineyard; Jubril Oyeyemi, MD, Founder & Chief Medical Officer, Cherry Hill Free Clinic; Holman, represented by Mindy Holman
