Our September Film Ready NJ Workshop is open to municipalities located in South Jersey (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties). Registration is required in advance to attend and is open to representatives (elected officials, municipal employees) of those communities seeking to become Film Ready and host on-location filming.
Attending this Workshop is the first step to becoming a certified Film Ready NJ community.
The workshop will also feature Film Ready Police + Fire, designed to educate and train police and fire chiefs in public safety and motion picture and entertainment safety. Police + Fire training will take place from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.

What is Film Ready NJ?
An initiative of the NJMPTVC, Film Ready New Jersey is a 5-step certification and marketing program that educates municipalities on the basics of motion picture and television production and enables cities and towns to effectively accommodate on location filming and market their towns.
Who is Film Ready NJ for?
Municipalities and Counties in New Jersey can apply to receive the Film Ready NJ certification. The Workshop is open to municipal managers, clerks, staff members, and elected officials representing towns and counties in NJ.
What's the benefit of Film Ready NJ?
Film Ready NJ provides training on how to prepare to host on-location filming. Production in NJ is at an all-time high and more and more locations are needed.
