Join Autumn Lake Healthcare for a special Veterans Day Recognition Breakfast honoring five distinguished military service members representing the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. The ceremony will include the presentation of the Autumn Lake Healthcare Distinguished Veterans Service Award, Color Guard, National Anthem, patriotic tributes, flag-folding ceremony, Taps, and a moment of silence.
