We love this video above that captures the energy and enthusiasm (and truly incredible culinary creations) of our NJ county vocational-technical school students competing at the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) 12th Annual Cook-off. Teams worked together to prepare and present small plates that were both delicious and elaborately staged. Beyond the plating, the students drew in crowds with their sets and costumes, which they created with help from peers in construction and other career programs. Bringing their visions to life took not only technical skills, but professional skills that will serve these students well throughout their lives.

A big thank you to the celebrity judges: host of Man v. Food Chef Casey Webb, Chef David Burke, and Chef Alexandra Donnandio. Thank you to NJAC and to everyone who stopped by for a taste and to support the students through positive feedback and voting.
