Bamford brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his role. He founded Decades in 2022 to meet the critical housing and facilities management needs of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) community. Under his leadership, the company has partnered with organizations like Bancroft and played a key role in developing New Jersey’s first Smart Home for adults with I/DD.
