At PS&S, new Cherry Hill office is part of firm’s master plan of upgrades

The firm jokingly called it a Grand “Reopening.” It just as easily could have been described as an office upgrade or a workplace refresh.

Here’s what it really was: When PS&S, a national renowned and recognized architecture and engineering firm, held a ribbon-cutting earlier this month for its new office in Cherry Hill, it was the latest example of a firm committed to providing the best office experience it could for its team members.

The firm, which was founded in Warren in 1962, has grown to have eight offices nationwide. PS&S has been in the South Jersey/Delaware Valley/Philadelphia region since 2005, starting with an office in Philadelphia. It expanded in Cherry Hill in 2016 before moving to its new Cherry Hill location last fall, a few months before the symbolic opening ceremony.

“This move is part of a strategic upgrading of all of our offices throughout PS&S,” Vice President Marge Della Vecchia, who will run the Cherry Hill office, said.

The headquarters in Warren moved to an upgraded location in 2020. The Wall office moved in 2022, the same year the company opened new offices in Holmdel and New York City.

“This is a concerted effort to create more accommodating, versatile, interchangeable and collaborative offices for every one of our employees,” Della Vecchia said. “Any of our employees can visit any of our office locations and work out of them.”

PS&S seemingly has been an award-winning “one-stop shop” of architecture and engineering since it opened.

“The depth and breadth of our expertise has helped PS&S grow into a firm offering multidisciplined, full-service architecture, engineering, design, environmental and surveying consulting services,” Della Vecchia said.

It also led to growth.

In addition to an office in Atlantic City, PS&S also has numerous offices outside the state, including Doylestown, Pennsylvania; Woodbury, New York; Durham, North Carolina; and Houston.

While the firm has numerous locations, Della Vecchia said each one is fully engrossed in its particular region.

“We are thrilled to be in the ‘1415 Route 70’ building and love its prominent presence, great reputation and, most importantly, its amazing access to Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic and Cumberland counties as well as the entire state of New Jersey,” she said.

Cherry Hill Council President David Fleisher couldn’t agree more.

“Cherry Hill is a perfect location for the PS&S team, as it has easy access to transportation, amazing amenities, great access to the entire state and beyond and, above all, fantastic people,” he said.
