Boys & Girls Club to Showcase Innovation at March STEAM Fairs

Members are gearing up for the March STEAM Fairs with projects in robotics, coding, engineering and creative technology.

(Atlantic City, N.J.) – This March, the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City will bring innovation to life at its highly anticipated STEAM Fairs, where youth creativity meets real-world skills through an interactive, tech-inspired showcase.

The STEAM Fairs will take place on Thursday, March 26, at Chelsea Club, 215 N. Sovereign Ave., and Friday, March 27 at the Teen Center Evolution Arena, 317 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Atlantic City, from 4 to 6 p.m. Both events are free and open to the community.

Centered around the shared theme “A Byte of 8-bit,” youth from Chelsea and Drexel will present hands-on exhibits featuring robotics, coding, LEGO engineering design, and creative technology. Teens will share media and music production projects that reflect real-world skills and career pathways.

“The STEAM Fair is where learning truly comes to life,” said Mia Williams, Director of STEAM at the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. “Our members aren’t just experimenting -- they’re building confidence, developing critical thinking skills, and gaining hands-on experience that prepares them for future opportunities.”

Through initiatives like the STEAM Fair, the Club continues to expand access to cutting-edge equipment, mentorship, and high-quality programming that fuels curiosity and supports youth development across Atlantic City.
