Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County Welcomes New Board Member Gail Dragon


                 BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GLOUCESTER COUNTY WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER                      

GAIL DRAGON

 

Glassboro, NJ, February 15, 2022 – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County is welcoming Gail Dragon into its Board of Directors. The current Board of Directors approved her nomination on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.

Gail Dragon graduated from Arcadia University with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She spent many years as an educator teaching kindergarten, first grade and second grade in Queens, NY, Philadelphia, and Clementon, NJ in the public education system.


While raising two daughters, she began volunteering in a variety of organizations. She was PTA President of Signal Hill Elementary School, as well as Voorhees Middle School. Gail served as a Board member at Temple Beth Sholom in Cherry Hill and on the board of the Foundation at Inspira Medical Center. She co-hosted the Annual Ball for several years with her husband, Dr. Glenn Dragon.


Gail became involved at the Boys and Girls Club as a volunteer and was honored to be nominated as a Board Member to this vital community organization. She has a passion for education and the mentoring of youth and feels her involvement in the club fulfills this passion. In her spare time she loves to read, bake, and play tennis.


Who is the Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County? 


The Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to serving the youth in Gloucester County. The organization was founded in 2005 and is part of a network of 4,300 Boys & Girls Clubs, including 22 in New Jersey. Its mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. It has two Club locations in both Paulsboro and Glassboro. The organization has academic, health & wellness, financial literacy, and character-building programs to help put its Club members on a path to success.
