Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut Associates Volunteer to Support Local Nonprofits During Seventh Annual All-Associate Volunteer Day
PARSIPPANY, N.J. — October 10, 2025—During Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut's (DDNJCT) recent seventh annual All Associate Volunteer Day, nearly 225 associates volunteered at 15 nonprofit organizations across New Jersey and Connecticut.
“All Associate Volunteer Day is an opportunity for us to come together as a company, roll up our sleeves, and do good in the community,” said Paul Di Maio, President and CEO of Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut. “The impact we have never ceases to amaze me. But more importantly, you can’t put a price on how much even three to four hours of our associates' time means to these organizations, those we’re serving, and our associates.”
On September 12, associates from all departments across the organization racked up approximately 665 hours, spending time supporting a wide range of community needs—from addressing food insecurity to building houses to caring for animals. Organizations associates volunteered at included:

- Hosting fun, interactive activities with young adults living with spinal cord injuries at Cheshire Home (Florham Park, NJ);
- Cleaning and refreshing outside areas for rescue animals at Eleventh Hour Rescue (Flanders, NJ);

Since its inception in 2019, All Associate Volunteer Day has yielded hundreds of volunteer hours, some of which include nonprofits that receive grant funding from the Delta Dental of New Jersey Foundation, such as Matheny Medical and Education Center (Peapack, NJ), Boys & Girls Club of Newark (NJ), and KinderSmile Foundation (Bloomfield, NJ).
