Feldscher Horwitz Public Relations Launches FHPR iMPACT Reflecting Expanded Role as Strategic Advisors and Impact-Driven Partners

Cherry Hill, NJ (May 18, 2026) -- Since its founding in 1984, FHPR has worked behind the scenes as advisors, problem-solvers, and strategic thinkers, helping clients achieve their goals and building public relations efforts around what matters most. Now, Sharla Feldscher, President; Hope Feldscher-Horwitz, Vice President; and Wendi Schweiger, Managing Director, are proud to formally introduce FHPR iMPACT — a reimagined brand that reflects the firm’s expanded scope and long-standing approach.

“For years, our work has gone beyond traditional public relations,” said Hope Feldscher-Horwitz. “We partner with leaders as strategic advisors identifying ways to reach their goals, designing community-centered solutions, and managing implementation from idea to execution. The brand - FHPR iMPACT -- puts language around what we’ve been doing all along.”

Through a combination of strategic advisory, community and partnership strategy, well thought out implementation and public relations, FHPR iMPACT helps organizations clarify goals, solve complex challenges, build community, and earn meaningful visibility.

“I’m proud of the direction we’re taking with FHPR iMPACT,” added Sharla Feldscher. “At our core, we’ve always created opportunities for our clients — developing the programs, partnerships and initiatives that lead to recognition, growth, and long-term value.”

“I’ve known Sharla Feldscher for over 30 years, and she and her team have always made a tremendous impact on our schools,” said Angela Corosanite, CEO of String Theory Schools. “They are one of the best communicators in the field, and they have proven over and over that their strategy works. They come up with creative plans that lead to outstanding publicity opportunities. FHPR iMPACT works tirelessly to share our mission, and always considers our school their priority, no matter how many other clients they have.”

Their approach is reflected in the firm’s work across industries. When engaged by the environmental law firm Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, FHPR identified an opportunity to elevate the firm’s presence despite the confidential nature of its work. The result was the creation of The Environmental Community Service Award, a program recognizing schools for environmental initiatives that benefit the community.

The initiative brought together partners including Wawa as a co-presenter, along with media sponsors such as NBC10 Philadelphia and 6abc Action News. Over 12 years, the program honored 24 schools, each receiving $5,000, with surprise presentations that included Wawa’s iconic mascot, Wally Goose, and extensive media coverage.

“This was meaningful for everyone involved — the students, educators, partners, and our client,” Feldscher said. “It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful strategy and partnership can create impact that extends far beyond traditional PR.”

Today, FHPR iMPACT continues to work with organizations, businesses, and institutions seeking a partner that can help define goals, build relationships, and create recognition that matters.

About Sharla Feldscher:

Sharla Feldscher, President/Partner, is known for her creative energy and media savvy that made her a standout in the public relations field since 1980. Sharla is proud to be named to the PPRA’s Hall of Fame as well as the Overbrook High School Hall of Fame and to have received many other honors including the Woman of Distinction Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal, the Sarah Award from Women in Communications and the Sally Berlin PAL Spotlight Award.

Sharla was the first Director of Public Affairs for Please Touch Museum, where she helped bring the children’s museum to prominence. Four years later, in 1984, Sharla established her own public relations firm with Sesame Place, an Anheuser-Busch Theme Park, as her first client. She has written eight KIDFUN books on creative ideas to do with young children, with two published by HarperCollins being translated in Russian and German.

About Hope Feldscher-Horwitz:

Hope Feldscher-Horwitz was introduced to the Communications field naturally -- when her mother, Sharla Feldscher, created Sharla Feldscher Public Relations (SFPR). Her early experiences gave Hope a unique, intuitive understanding of the field that continues to inform her work today.

Hope spent 15 years working with a variety of nonprofit organizations, leading fundraising events and initiatives for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Jersey, and Deborah Hospital Foundation, and founded her own business, Hopeful Solutions. Through this work, she partnered with organizations including 6abc, City Avenue Special Services District, and the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania. She joined her mother in 2013 and formed a partnership shortly, thereafter, renaming the firm FHPR. Hope is a Past President of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association (PPRA) and held leadership roles with the eWomenNetwork South Jersey Chapter and the International Live Events Association (ILEA) New Jersey South Chapter. In 2016, she was named an Emerging Leader by the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce and has also received a Reader’s Choice Award from SNJ Business.

About Wendi Schweiger:

Wendi Schweiger has been an associate of the firm for over 10 years. She came to FHPR iMPACT with 11 years’ experience as senior account manager at a full-service advertising agency. She managed daily account activity for over 25 national retail centers and was the primary liaison between clients, agency staff and outsourced vendors. Wendi oversaw the creation and development of cooperative advertising programs through the participation of over 100 national and local retailers. She also worked directly with media buying partners in managing national and local media investments including print, TV, radio, digital and outdoor.

In addition to her career and parenting her three children, Wendi is active in many causes including Pediatric Stroke Awareness. After her son survived a massive stroke in 2014 at the age of seven, she saw the need to bring awareness to pediatric stroke. Her son was featured on Good Day Philadelphia, on NBC Nightly News online, people.com and the todayshow.com, all to bring awareness to pediatric stroke.

Today, Wendi plays an integral role in FHPR iMPACT’s evolution, helping guide strategy, partnerships, and implementation so organizations can move from ideas to iMPACT with clarity and intention.
